My husband and I moved to the WO area having anxiety about finding someone we could trust to take care of our dogs and to let into our new home. In addition, owning two pitbulls has made this task even more challenging in the past due to the stigma associated with the breed. Having said that, ESP Pet Specialists is by far the best service we have ever used. Evan is stellar with our dogs, and his genuine care for them shows. During our first meeting, I was able to instantly tell that he is very experienced, knowing how to approach our dogs and put them at ease. He listened thoroughly about each of their needs, as our dogs have very different personalities and unlike most, they take their time to trust people, especially in a new home they were just getting settled into. I can confidently say, five months later, that Evan has gained their trust and has done an amazing job caring for them every week. He has also been very flexible when we’ve been in a bind and are unable to come home in time to take care of our dogs. We’ve even had him pet sit for an entire weekend, and were very pleased to come home to happy dogs without any issues. I also have to mention the high level of professionalism as well as the ease of use of their online portal, which makes booking/logistics/payments easy and foolproof. You can adjust changes in the schedule online, as well as leave instructions if any changes occur to the routine. I would also mention that each visit is accompanied by a pet journal to review the time he was there and to point out if anything out of the ordinary occurred. You can tell that Evan doesn’t just treat our animals as a business, but that he genuinely cares about their wellbeing. I highly recommend ESP Pet Specialists as they’ve taken away any anxiety we’ve had in the past and replaced it with peace of mind.

I have used Evan and his company as my primary dog walkers for the past 3 years. Recently I had to move out of the areas where Evan covers and the hardest part about moving was leaving this amazing company. Evan and co are so awesome and professional. Brody bonded so much with his primary dog walker and I knew I could look forward to her detailed reports and pictures in his pet care journal. The journal entries with pics and letting us know how he was during his time with Evan and Brittany are awesome too because we worry a lot and they always make sure he is safe, taken care of , and given lots of love . I cannot speak highly enough. I’m in my final year of med school and doing surgery. Thus, my schedule is terrible AND unpredictable. ESP PETS is my saving grace as a single working mother (to a sweet 4-legged-baby.) With Wag you never know who is entering your home. With ESP I know it’s the same trusted walker(s) all the time. I was desperately trying to find an organization to come to my home to take care of my cat while my husband and I were planning a weekend getaway. We had tried the vet and animal hospitals in the past but had horrible experiences. Zeus (my cat) would not eat the entire time we were gone and once it was for 5 days. By chance, I happened to find ESP Pet Specialists on-line and have been so happy ever since. Evan came to our apartment to meet Zeus prior to us leaving for our trip. My cat is not overly friendly to people he has never met but he went right up to Evan. This put my mind at ease immediately. Evan has been available on short notice, he brings our mail in, he sends photos and updates so I can relax while I am away. I cannot say enough good things about Evan or this organization. Our Experience with ESP was Just Perfect!!

We left Evan in charge of our two Spanish Water Dogs for nearly a week, while we were across the country. He sent multiple reports every day (along with pictures), and it was all very comforting and reassuring.Our girls seemed perfectly content when we got home, and all was calm and in order. Evan did everything that he said he would do, and with dedication and serious attention, and it made our trip peaceful and completely enjoyable. Use them. Don’t even think twice. My Experience with ESP PETS has been Excellent!

Evan has been walking our dog Kona for about six months now. My husband and I both work all day, and knowing that she’s in good hands is such a weight lifted. It is super easy to organize

Evan and his team at ESP Pets have been so amazing for our family. They are super reliable, caring and always responsive. Our dog Buster loves his walks with his walker Patricia and they even take pictures/post a little journal of walks. We have also used them for boarding, and it is so comforting to know Buster is staying in an actual home (not a kennel) with familiar faces. You can order/plan walks online and it is super easy to organize. Cannot recommend enough!

Huge praise for ESP!!

I should start by saying that our dog, Rebel, is not easy lol. He is terrified of people. We recently moved to NJ from Philly and were dreading the “dog walker search”. Back in Philly we had tried 3 different walkers before giving up when they could not get him to go out…ever. Not once. Like I said, Rebel is not easy. Long story short, Evan came to our house almost every day for over a month (even while we were home) so that Rebel could get used to him. The key with Rebel is to be confident and most importantly, PATIENT. Last week Rebel went on his first walks with a dog walker (Evan) EVER, and now gets excited when Evan comes over. As a dog parent who loves their dog more than anything, this is the biggest relief and eliminated so much stress for us. Huge praise for ESP!!

I just had my first pet sitting experience with ESP Pet Specialists, and I have only the highest praise! I was away for a week out of town and I was nervous about leaving my 3 cats. really needed a dog walker due to my husband’s illness, and our focus on his health. And, our shift in focus meant Jasper was neglected.
We have a fenced in yard. But dogs need to walk their territory. They need to sniff and see what’s going on. Rub their paws on the ground to leave their scent. Our dog needs to let everyone in the neighborhood know, “Jasper walked by today”. We use ESP PET SPECIALISTS every day to walk Jasper. He is 70 lb lab/hound mix. It was a terrific decision to have ESP walk Jasper. He has a sense that they are coming soon. One day he sat in the driveway waiting for his walker. Another day he barked! “I am waiting for you. ” All of the walkers are kind and show Jasper lots of attention. He is calmer and happier with his ESP friends.
We highly recommend ESP, and your dog will be healthier and happier with his walks.

We have been working with ESP Pets for years to watch our dog Tashi! They are always on time, and treat him with lots of care and attention. Tashi is a slow walker and they are patient and adjust to his speed. They are flexible when last minute changes come up and we need an extra walk and are very good about safety. We also love that they offer weekend and holiday walks, something other dog walkers didn’t offer in the area. When we moved to NJ from Brooklyn that was something I was really surprised to find- not everyone has weekend times around here. We are incredibly happy with this service and Tashi is a happy dog! They are super professional when it comes to their walkers and support.

The platform they operate on is extremely user friendly making it easy to schedule and make comments on all requested services.

They make it very easy to receive updates on upcoming services, emailed reports immediately after the service is completed and the ability to provide feedback directly to the walker and management.

The walkers themselves are great and very responsive and respectful to feedback. They have gone above and beyond for our dogs when it comes to feedings and cleanup (for the occasional accident).

From a customer service perspective, they are FIVE STARS! They have helped us on multiple occasions with last minute requests and/or emergencies. The owner (Evan) is very approachable via phone or text when needed.

They are also very accommodating when is comes to weekend, holidays and or last minute cancellations. There may be a small fee for these premium requests but they are very reasonable for what you are requesting.

I should start by saying that our dog, Rebel, is not easy lol. He is terrified of people. We recently moved to NJ from Philly and were dreading the “dog walker search”. My husband and I moved to the WO area having anxiety about finding someone we could trust to take care of our dogs and to let into our new home. In addition, owning two pitbulls has made this task even more challenging in the past due to the stigma associated with the breed. Having said that, ESP Pet Specialists is by far the best service we have ever used. Evan is stellar with our dogs, and his genuine care for them shows.

During our first meeting, I was able to instantly tell that he is very experienced, knowing how to approach our dogs and put them at ease. He listened thoroughly about each of their needs, as our dogs have very different personalities and unlike most, they take their time to trust people, especially in a new home they were just getting settled into. I can confidently say, five months later, that Evan has gained their trust and has done an amazing job caring for them every week. He has also been very flexible when we’ve been in a bind and are unable to come home in time to take care of our dogs. We’ve even had him pet sit for an entire weekend, and were very pleased to come home to happy dogs without any issues.

I also have to mention the high level of professionalism as well as the ease of use of their online portal, which makes booking/logistics/payments easy and foolproof. You can adjust changes in the schedule online, as well as leave instructions if any changes occur to the routine. I would also mention that each visit is accompanied by a pet journal to review the time he was there and to point out if anything out of the ordinary occurred. You can tell that Evan doesn’t just treat our animals as a business, but that he genuinely cares for their wellbeing. I highly recommend ESP Pet Specialists as they’ve taken away any anxiety we’ve had in the past and replaced it with peace of mind.
